System Monitoring
If you have already invested in renewable energy but are unsure whether or not it is working correctly or don’t have time to constantly check to make sure you are not having issues, then give us a call. We do the work of checking on your system for you, so you can be certain you are getting the most out of your investment and never need to worry about your system’s performance.

Silver Package
ACIP will monitor your system daily, checking on your systems’ health and performance. ACIP will look for any issues that might require attention from your warranty provider and notify you if any potential issues arise. ACIP will compare the production ratios to ensure your system is performing optimally. ACIP will alert you when your panels could warrant cleaning, and give you an estimate of how much money your dirty panels are costing you in lost bill savings each day. ACIP will supply you with a monthly report and summary on your systems’ performance.

Gold Package
ACIP will perform all of the Silver Package services, in addition we will become your authorized representative for scheduling service with your warranty provider. When service items are detected, ACIP will notify you and your warranty provider. We will also handle the process of scheduling your warranty and/or O&M (Operations and Maintenance) providers. We will make sure that issues are brought to their attention immediately and remind their service technicians until the problem is addressed and fixed. Your monthly report will also include summaries of any service work performed, including the response time for a diagnosis and repair time. The Gold Package includes a yearly sit-down meeting to go over your numbers and answer any questions you may have.

Platinum Package
ACIP will perform all of the services in the Gold Package, with the added service of monthly utility bill review and assessment. ACIP will compare the production of your system on an hourly basis to the bill credits you have received from your utility to ensure credits are being applied correctly and you are getting your full value from your system. Your monthly report will include an assessment of how much your system actually saved you and compare that to what your provider claimed. ACIP will help you through the process of negotiating with your provider should it be determined that your savings were overstated or inaccurate. The Platinum Package also includes quarterly face to face sit downs to go over your numbers and answer any questions.
Month to Month Contracts
ACIP’s initial service term is 3 months and then goes month to month after that. If you don’t feel that the services are warranted or want to change from one package to another, you have the freedom and flexibility to do that.
REC Program
A Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) certifies to the government that one megawatt hour of energy has been produced by a renewable energy system. These can be used by organizations to prove that they are meeting low emissions and green energy requirements. Those with REC’s have the ability to trade them, meaning you can sell your REC’s to organizations in need of them to profit off of the energy you’re already producing. ACIP’s REC program makes the process simple and hands off for you, we will take care of the whole process, leaving you time to focus on other projects while still profiting off of your energy.
LCFS Credit Program
Did you know that you could be earning money just by charging your electric vehicles? The California Air Resource Board (CARB) issues Low Carbon Fuel Standard Credits for charging electric vehicles such as automobiles, electric forklifts, truck refrigeration units, cargo handling equipment, and more. These credits can then be sold to organizations that need them to meet government standards. With ACIP’s LCFS Credit Program, we will ensure that all of your qualifying electric vehicles are properly registered and consult with you on how to sell your credits.
