Executive Team

President and Founder : David Vincent

David Vincent, has been in professional services since 1995 and has been in renewable energy since 2006. He is one of the most experienced professionals in the California market.  David has covered virtually every market including Agriculture, Commercial, Industrial and Public Works.  David holds a BS in Construction Management from CSUS and is NABCEP Certified.​

Vice President: Michelle Teagarden Vincent

Michelle Teagarden Vincent  holds a Masters in Organizational Development from USF. She manages the office and is an integral contributor to the company.  She manages the marketing and HR for the company.​

Senior Project Consultant: Brian Aguiar

Brian Aguiar, has been in renewable energy since 2009. He has a degree in Business Management from CSU Chico. Brian has spent his entire career working for the client and brings great insight to the team. ​

Marc Lawless, has been in renewable energy since 2016. He has a degree in Business Administration from CSU Stanislaus. Marc brings a client-first approach along with a passion for renewable energy.

Victor Krambo is an industry veteran with over 30 years of renewable energy experience. Victor works for ACIP concentrating on overseeing the construction process and brings keen eye for installation quality and finish.​

Support Specialist: Joseph Nakamura

Joseph Nakamura, is a sophomore at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign studying Chemical Engineering with 4 years of engineering and design experience. Joseph works with the team to make sure that our clients needs are being addressed and the process is flowing smoothly.​

Josh Ely has been in customer service and management for over 14 years. Josh manages the monitoring service for ACIP Energy and provides outstanding customer support.​
