ACIP will perform all of the services in the Gold Package, with the added service of monthly utility bill review and assessment. ACIP will compare the production of your system on an hourly basis to the bill credits your received from your utility to ensure credits are being applied correctly and you are getting your full value from your system. Your monthly report will include an assessment of how much your system actually saved you and compare that to what your provider claimed. ACIP will help you through the process of negotiating with your provider should it be determined that your savings were overstated or inaccurate. The Platinum Package also includes quarterly face to face sit downs to go over your numbers and answer any questions.
ACIP will perform all of the Silver Package services plus become your authorized representative for scheduling service with your warranty provider. When service items are detected, ACIP will notify you AND your warranty provider and handle the process of scheduling your warranty and/or O&M providers. We will make sure that issues are brought to their attention immediately and stay on their service technicians until the problem is addressed and fixed. Your monthly report will also include any summaries of service work performed including the response time for diagnosis and repair time. The Gold Package includes a yearly face to face sit down to go over your numbers and answer any questions.
ACIP will monitor your system daily checking your systems health and performance. ACIP will look for any issues that might requiring attention from your warranty provider and notify you if any potential issues arise. ACIP will compare the production ratios to ensure your system is performing optimally. ACIP will give you alert you when cleaning could be warranted and give you an expectation of how much money your dirty panels are costing you in lost bill savings each day. ACIP will supply you with a monthly report and summary on your system performance.
Month to Month Contracts
ACIP initial service term is for 3 months, and then goes month to month after that. If you don’t feel that the services are warranted, or want to change from one Package to another, you have the freedom and flexibility to do that.
